Spectacular and clean hotel, brilliant location unable to shower after a long day trekking around Lake District. Location so close to the train station, public transport and a quiet residential area. Nearby Ribble Pilot - great place to chill out.

    No breakfast at all.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at 9:50 am and found that there were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it really convenient.

The rooms have been recently renovated and are well-equipped with ample space for a travel cot if needed.

Unreasonably slow service, waited 30 minutes for breakfast on the first day and had to leave after eating nothing, no Wireless in the rooms (despite being assured it was working) Very noisy environment (doors not damped so v loud, lots of noise form upstairs rooms etc)

Quiet surroundings, comfortable bed, choice of bath and shower. Good supply of instant drink sachets and decent size tea cups.

Quite small room - rather compact size. Chairs for working, not relaxing.

Our Room room was loveley, very relaxing, which was a blessing, I had come to Preston to intern my father at Preston cemetry, and to visit family. The staff were very warm and welcoming we would definitley stay again we would liked to have had dinner, but the restaurant was closed, We could understand why,,it didnt cause us a big problem, we would have been happy to spend the whole evening at the hotel it was so nice.

We had a loveley time the 2 nights we stayed. However we felt a very very small dissapointment with the electric shower. we felt it could do with an upgrade the water flow was very small and slow.

Great location alert! This place is so close to the center of the city, the train station, and all the happening spots. 🚉 Plus, it's practically right next to St Andrew's Church and loads of other cool places to check out.
